Joanna Abrams is the Founder and CEO of MindClick, a data and analytics platform focused on the environmental and social impact of hospitality supply chains. Her work addresses one of the industry’s least visible — and most consequential — areas: the materials, products, and purchasing decisions that shape both guest experience and long-term performance. By translating complex supply chain data into clear, comparable insights, MindClick helps hotel teams make better decisions without adding operational burden.

Before founding MindClick, Joanna spent over two decades in brand management, market research, and product development for global consumer companies including Nestlé, PepsiCo, Toyota, and Warner Bros., after beginning her career in finance at Accenture. That cross-sector experience informs her approach: combining commercial discipline with data transparency to bridge the gap between intention and execution.

Within hospitality, her work challenges a longstanding blind spot. While sustainability efforts often focus on guest-facing initiatives or high-level reporting, the underlying supply chain has remained difficult to measure and act on. Through MindClick, Joanna has helped bring structure and accountability to these decisions — enabling teams to evaluate tradeoffs, align procurement with performance goals, and connect design choices to real outcomes.

At CRH, her work helps make one of the industry’s least visible systems — the supply chain — measurable, comparable, and actionable, supporting a broader shift from fragmented sustainability efforts toward integrated, data-driven decision-making grounded in how hotels actually operate.

Joanna holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.
